Everyone is delighted to receive Meltis New Berry Fruits. And often delighted because it's a long time since they saw them: retailers apparently can't be bothered to stock them before mid-December. Hard to find in shops, but I found them at Friars online and all the better for the long wait. Kept one box for myself and made three other people very happy.

I shall be ordering more for special days. The manufacturers have changed the recipe from times gone by. There used to be a very pleasant liquid centre contained within a sugar globule - this has now gone and what flavouring there is gets lost in the overall body of the sweet. Regards Howard. These are the very best fruit jellies on the market. Loaded with sugar, they have the squishy , moist, very fruity centre when bitten. Totally bad for you but wonderful as a treat now and then. Very difficult not to eat the whole box in one go. They are extremely hard to find in high street retail outlets and I don't know why.
No additives; a box of goodnes taste is far superior than any other, the liqued centre is sublime. I am eating them now. The Meltis Jellys should be available in every store, They are a grown up sweets not for kids beautiful ly created its no wonder they have been making them for yrs. Meltis have been producing these lovely sweets for many years and my mum always has to have some for Christmas. They are beautiful to look at with their jewel-like colours, and taste of real crystallised fruit.
